About Us


Carlos E. Vasquez

As a Broker Associate for a minority owned Real Estate and Mortgage Company we have served communities for over 15 years focusing on high quality service and hard work.  As partner to the new Los Angeles Office located in the Boyle Heights area, our office specializes in working with non-profit developers, low to moderate income families, first time home buyers and responsible investors.  Our office slogan is “De La Communida Para La Communida,” which translates to “From The Community For The Community.”


  • Broker Associate and Partner of Los Angeles office specializing in working with non-profits developers that provides affordable housing for low to moderate income families, emancipated youth, senior citizens, farm workers and homeless families.
  • 1999-Present as co-organizer David Isiah 3on3 Basketball Tournament for young men and women throughout the City of Los Angeles.   Over 50 teams per year.
  • 1996-Present Community Organizer in the Boyle Heights area that focuses on social issues such as immigration, gang violence, education, etc. 
  • 2003-Present Board of Directors for Homeboy Industries, assist with bringing resources to allow HI to continue providing services to their clientele so they can make a difference in themselves and their community.
  • Four years as Senior Paralegal for Louie, Alemida and Sttetler a defense firm that focus on employment law, workers compensation and workers rights.
  • One year as Director of after school program (IMPACTO, Proyecto Pastoral) in Boyle Heights for disenfranchised young men and women.
  • Six years a Associate Director of Homeboy Industries and Jobs For A Future in Boyle Heights that focuses on providing jobs, job training and case management for gang members and high risk youth throughout the City of Los Angeles.
